Our Workflow
Briefing & Planning
We begin with a detailed consultation to understand your event schedule, key shots, and brand guidelines to ensure seamless coverage.
The Event
On the day, I operate with professionalism and discretion, capturing high-quality images of speakers, guests, and details without disrupting your event.
Delivery
Your professionally edited, high-resolution images will be delivered via a secure online gallery, ready for your marketing and archival needs.
General Terms
Booking: A 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract are required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
Licensing: All packages include a standard commercial-use license for your company's promotional, web, and internal use. Third-party and advertising usage rights are available upon request.
Additional Fees: Travel fees may apply for locations outside of the listed service areas. Any required parking or venue fees are the responsibility of the client.
